My experience

I was only in Canada for a few hours and found the spot where the Golden Elvis usually is, but according to the ladies at the SkyWheel information booth, he wasn't appearing that day.

What is the Golden Elvis?

Heads up, it's not a statue. Golden Elvis is just a man in a gold suit with a plastic mask on that looks nothing like Elvis. For $2, he'll try to throw a bead necklace over your head / around your neck. Honestly, the whole thing is just kind of weird.
